I am a PhD student in the Rhetoric and Scientific and Technical Communication program in the Department of Writing Studies at the University of Minnesota where I teach rhetoric and writing courses for the First-Year Writing program and serve as the 2010-2011 IAP-US Bank Fellow in Technical Communication.

My research interests include rhetoric and technology, internet studies, ethics, social media/networking, critical pedagogy, semiotics, and identity.
