I am currently the Deputy Director of The Children’s Institute for Learning Differences (CHILD). In my role, I am responsible for the effective and efficient stewardship of resources and evaluation of organizational impact for an agency with an annual operating budget of $3 million+ and a staff of 50+ employees. Key initiatives underway this year include diversification of revenue, professional development of staff, long-range succession planning and ongoing measurement of progress toward interim goals within the board-approved 10-year strategic plan. Additionally, I am the Executive Producer of a feature-length documentary, Am I Broken?, being filmed on site at CHILD this time.
