Research Experience

My current research area is the transport and localization in disorder interacting systems. In particular, my scientific interests are devoted to wave packet spreading in nonlinear disordered system (problems are studied in the Discrete Nonlinear Klein-Gordon and Fröhlich-Spencer-Wayne models for the chains of anharmonic oscillators). The past experience was centered on the theoretical physics, specifically on the physical acoustics area. In addition, it focused upon the analytical investigation of propagation features of horizontally polarized shear waves (SH-waves) in magnetic and nonmagnetic media (nongyrotropic and gyrotropic magnetic, magnetic phononic crystals, 1D and 2D composite magnetic structure, etc.).
