A graduate researcher, online learning facilitator and technologist at UOIT, Todd explores facets of digital engagement and culture of university students and teachers in Eastern Europe. He's preparing a multi-dimensional comparison of international, technology use frameworks. As a member of the General Technology Competency and Use (GTCU) team, he participates in several collaborative studies conceptualizing and measuring effective uses of digital technology, and Problem Based Learning (PBL).
