Mucelli, is active in the Arts since 1998. He is currently the founder and creator of the Digital Art Festival - FAD in Belo Horizonte. Master in Arts (University of Minas Gerais) - about "Viewing and materialization of Digital Arts ". Expert in Art and technology, particularly in electronic art, new media and technological enterprise. Musical and audiovisual producer with works published in Brazil and abroad. Organizer of publications; FAD & catalog essays (2011), retrospective FAD with scientific articles (2012). It also operates in t art direction, consulting and management culture projects involving new media. As a researcher, is developing through the University of Minas Gerais (UEMG) and Belo Horizonte Municipal Foundation of Culture (FMC)the project about stability versus instability of digital art and its relationship with the exibithion spaces and curating. In 2012 he was awarded the prize to encourage art by FUNARTE - Visual Arts. In 2014, he was awarded the 1st Prize creative Brazil, by Ministry of Culture and the Department of Creative Economy - Cultural Expressions / Digital Art by the EAT project - Creative School of Art and Technology.
