You can uninstall Zotero just like any program on your computer. The Zotero data directory is not removed when you uninstall Zotero.

You can uninstall the Zotero browser connectors by opening the Add-Ins/Extensions settings in your browser and selecting the remove/uninstall button next to Zotero Connector.
