Step 1: Update Zotero
Upgrade Zotero if you aren't running the latest version, as your issue may have already been resolved in the most recent release. You can see the version you're running by selecting About Zotero from the Zotero menu (Mac) or Help menu (Windows/Linux).

In general, please start a new thread for your issue. The Zotero developers or volunteers on the forums can point you to an existing relevant thread if one exists, and it is better to start a new thread instead of posting to a potentially irrelevant existing thread.
