You can uninstall Zotero just like any other Firefox extension by going to the Firefox menu Tools->Add-ons->Extensions tab, selecting Zotero, and clicking “Uninstall.”

The [[:zotero_data|Zotero data directory]] is not removed when you uninstall Zotero.
