You can change the font size of Zotero's user interface by visiting the [[preferences/general|General tab]] of the Zotero [[/support/preferences|preferences window]], and selecting the desired font size in the "User Interface" section.  You have to restart Firefox (Zotero for Firefox) or Zotero Standalone for the change to take effect.
