To resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please follow the five steps below. ====Step 1 - Update Zotero==== [[installation#upgrading|Upgrade Zotero]] when you aren't running the latest version, as your issue may have already been resolved in the most recent release. The [[/download/|Zotero download page]] always leads you to the most recent release of Zotero. To check your installed Zotero version, select About Zotero from the Actions menu ({{cog.png?nolink|gear icon}}) in the Zotero toolbar. ====Step 2 - Check the troubleshooting pages==== If something in Zotero appears not to be working correctly, check the [[Known Issues]] and [[Frequently Asked Questions]] pages.
