Browser console is often used to identify problems with a web page and Zotero developers may ask you to check your browser console for errors to help troubleshoot a problem with web library or ZoteroBib.

You can open your browser's console using the following key combination:

  * Chrome and Edge:
    * MacOS: Cmd + Option + J
    * Windows/Linux: Ctrl + Shift + J
  * Firefox:
    * MacOS: Cmd + Option + K
    * Windows/Linux: Ctrl + Shift + K
  * Safari on MacOS:
    * Cmd + Option + C
