We do exercise regularly and have made changes in our diet but these definitely have added to the combination. I notice my appetite is not as big as it used to be and I have more energy to get through my busy days. It's a great product that i highly recommend! I was hesitant at first about trying this product but decided to give it a try. I have been taking them everyday for about 6 weeks now and I would say that overall I am impressed with this product.
