I'm working on a master's in Information Science at Boras University in Sweden (part-time, distance). I'm originally from Ann Arbor, MI though living in The Netherlands on and off during the year.

I am ecstatic over Zotero!! This is the best new technology I've come across since getting my Mac. I'm promoting it to everyone I come across. It is brilliant and the future applications for it are potentially huge.

I'm developing an idea to deploy Zotero on college campuses as part of the student's "IT package." They build their ref database as a student. It's connected to the central library, courseware, Dspace, faculty websites, administration, etc. for harvesting. Then, the DB goes with them into professional or graduate life.

Another idea I'm working on is replace the peer-review system with an academic- community driven impact factor, managed by an NPO, and populated via Zotero.

It would be great if I could run these by the team at Zotero sometime.
