I am a Retail Store Manager and attending NEIU (major Psychology I/O - minor Human Recources T/D). My areas of iinterests are:

- Studying how various leadership styles affect the productivity and profitability of an organization, and

- Researching how various forms of therapy impact PTSD symptoms.
