My research is about understanding cycling and developing strategies for policying in UK Cities via modelling and simulation of various bicyclists' behaviours - exploring how the built environment constraints active transport.
Currently a PhD Student in the School of the Built and Natural Environment in Northumbria University.
Research interests are in the use of geographical information systems/science (GIS), social simulation as well as global positioning systems (GPS) in understanding space-time movements of people, modeling and virtual reality techniques for visualisation and analysis of the Built and Natural Environment as well as spatially enabled web technologies.
