Partner and COO of Health at Work Wellness Actuaries, LLC. In this role, I project manage all HAW projects, develop product, implement programs and product on the ground, provide consulting in benefits and employee engagement, develop communication strategy, provide communication support to clients, conduct research, and perform fitness and wellness assessments. 

I've been in the health and wellness industry for over fifteen years, and have been with Health at Work for six years. I grew up in IL, earned my BA from U of I Champaign-Urbana and my MA from Northwestern University. I'm also an ACSM certified personal trainer. 

Although the entire spectrum of wellness interests me, in particular I'm drawn to the role exercise plays in our lives. I started life as an asthmatic kid that sat out of every PE class, and have now completed five marathons, several half marathons, two Olympic-distance triathlons, several sprint tris and duathlons, and have scaled several of Colorado's 14ers (14,000 ft+ mountains). 

I split my time between Chicago and Colorado.
