Interest/Goals

Currently, I am enrolled in the General Psychology PhD Bridge program at Walden University, where I am specializing in Research and Evaluation. I intend to perform research in the field of schizophrenia and autism spectrum disorders. At this time, I am seeking employment that will allow me to gain valuable skills and knowledge, while also contributing to the field.

Volunteer/Community Involvement

CASA/GAL 2008-Present: Child advocate for the Clay County Juvenile Justice Center. My job is to represent children who come into the court system for abuse or neglect, report to the court, investigate claims, write court reports, and mentor new CASA volunteers. I follow the children from the time they come into the system, and until the child’s case is closed.
