2009-2012 At VÁTI Nonprofit Company for Regional Development and Town Planning I work as chief adviser of Scientific Advisory Committee.

2005-2008 At Millenniumi Média Ltd. I was responsible for real estate development.

2003-2005 At Hungarian State Railway Headquarter as chief adviser I was responsible for development of regional railway system in line with European Committee Directions, and I organize and prepare local governments to coordinate and take over regional railways.

2000 – 2003 I accepted the position of managing director of Central Auto, one of the leading Peugeot car dealerships in Hungary. My most important task was to create strict financial management, controlling and practical solutions for Customer Relation Management.

1994-2000 After the bulk of privatization was over I decided to become free-lance financial adviser, and worked for major banks and ministries in field of credit analyses, standardization of mortgage origination, strategic approach of mortgage market, secondary market development, mortgage bond issuance. As member of Hungarian Joint Venture Association I gave lectures on equity financing and took part in legislation work of venture capital regulation. As managing director of Globex General Investment Cooperative I worked out and organized voluntary mutual insurance pension fund.

1991-1994 I established a private consulting company; Capital Investment and Privatization Consulting Company. We took part in several corporate reorganization, financial management control, management-buy-out, and employment ownership program and coordinated the sale of state owned companies. (Restructuring and privatization of Agroker, agricultural trading company, PEMÜ, plastic and chemical production company, Temaforg, textile trading company and so on)

1990-1991 As the director of Privatization Programs at State Property Agency I was responsible of the First Privatization Program, negotiated Privatization of Lehel with Electrolux, Chinoin with Sanofi and Ganz Villamossági Müvek Co. with Ansaldo.

1989-1990 As managing director of Arthur Andersen & Co. I took care of establishment of Hungarian operation, training of Hungarian staff- major assignments are Taurus Rubber Works, Szabadegyházi Alcohol Production Co., Hungarian Credit Bank

1986-1989 Even before the political transition I managed to establish joint venture companies (E.G. Swinn Bicycle company), and led financial reorganization big state owned companies (Pét Nitrogen Works, Ganz Mávag Holding, Láng Machine Works, and made feasibility studies for Hungarian and foreign ventures

1984 – 1986 I decided to focus to become business advisor. Sponsored by Soros Foundation (New York) I studied as non-registered postgraduate student at University of Wisconsin and Indiana University International Business School.

1975 – 1984 I took part in democratic opposition, I organized free university. I could find job as computer analyst at Szabó Ervin Library, and designed sociological information system. At Scientific Study Institute of Service Industry I directed empirical study on small private industry, and about the life and working relations of private sector in Hungary. After finishing Budapest University of Economics at City Planning Institute I worked on regional development projects, economic studies of regional development.
