Occurs to be that I live in Northwest Indiana outside of Chicago. We have a powerful people of scuba divers here in this somewhat landlocked place. Sure, we've got here on our doorstep. So you should not let the determination is made by your geographical area if you should scuba dive or not. I have a couple of buddies that really lived in Hawaii and didn't learn to scuba dive till they began living here to share another key on you. You can't get more dive friendlier . So even those that live in the "right" areas, don't take advantage of what they have.
