I taught elementary school in New York City for a few years and enjoyed the experience.  I enjoy interacting with inner city children immensely.  However, I thought my efforts would better serve inner city communities if I indulged in developing educational software outside of the "classroom".  So armed with a good dose of ignorance about software, I left my job in New York and currently reside in Newark, New Jersey looking for educational technology enlightenment.
