The Rev. Roger Baker, OSL, is an ordained elder (minister) in the United Methodist Church (Southwest Texas Annual Conference) and has pastored congregations in England, Texas, and Alabama. Roger was mobilized during Desert Storm to assist in the return to active service of hundred of other Air Force veterans. He was again mobilized for Operation Lone Star in 2002 as Command Chaplain for the Texas Medical Rangers, the medical brigade of the Texas State Guard.
