This school was to be the test case for a new school model to convert existing schools into “full service schools”. Full service schools are schools that have been fitted out with facilities to support learners with special needs such as learners with disabilities; wheelchair bound with right hand and left hand bias, blind, deaf, mental disabilities, etc. This was designed in response to a detailed study by the CSIR.
