I currently spend 5/6s of my year as a high school ELA/French teacher, with a summer side of research and reading in the areas of Critical Media Literacy and Language Instruction.  In preparation for Grad work, I find myself spending much time considering the implications of the digital revolution on literacy development in today's youth, along with the ever-growing myriad of new teaching and assessment strategies thereby made possible.
