Jessica Keating
I am currently a graduate student in Art History at Northwestern University. However, I defended my dissertation, The Machinations of German Court Culture: Early Modern Automata, in June and will be graduating in December. After graduation I will be a visiting lecturer at the University of Chicago and Northwestern University.
My interests include collecting in the early modern world, cultural encounters, modes of gift giving in the early modern world, the Holy Roman Empire, and the Reformation, to name just a few.
