Rene Schillinger, an educational consultant, is a doctoral candidate in English Education at Columbia University. After earning his Masters Degree in English Education from New York University, he decided to continue his education. As a consultant, he uses his education daily to help school districts train teachers in "best practices." In 2009, he started Schillinger Educational Consultants, helping client schools, school districts, and charter schools.
