My primary responsibility at the University Library is to help build and maintain the Humanities, Social Sciences and Government Information Services collections. In this capacity, I evaluate and select resources in print and electronic formats that support the research of UC Davis faculty and students. I also serve as a liaison to faculty or students researching topics related to Chican@ Studies, Disability Studies, Education, Exercise Science, Literatures in English, Military Science, Religious Studies, and the University Writing Program. I also provide in-depth research assistance and library instruction upon request. In addition to my subject responsibilities, I serve as chair of both the UC English and American Literature Bibliographer Group and UC Philosophy and Religion Bibliographer Group. I also provide general reference assistance at the Information/Extended Reference Desk.
