I'm an old guy, come late to the Buddhist party; having applied my talents diligently to the study of the Buddha's teachings, I've learned a little Pali, read a lot of the Canon in translation, and developed several courses that I teach at our local university's Osher Lifelong Learning Institute program and elsewhere. I also work with an inmate sangha at a nearby maximum security prison and teach mindfulness meditation there. I've been deeply involved with computers since the late 1970's and have built a number of websites. I'm working on ways to integrate the two areas of interest.
