At present, P&J has 6 offices in 3 countries, predominantly extending recruitment services to assist candidates to find suitable jobs and to help clients focus more on their core responsibilities.

PNJG started its operations in the Philippines as a representative office in 2012, sourcing American nationals in processing manpower requirements for US- based clients. As the business had been fully set up, the management decided to expand and maximize its presence here and extend its services to meet local demands. As our network grows and various needs arise, PNJG evolved from an Executive Search Firm to a Business Consultancy Firm that specializes in providing services in Recruitment, Business Registration, Visa Services and Payroll Services. We serve as a one stop source to cater to the diverse needs of our clients, especially those who wish to start up their businesses in the Philippines.
