Peng Xue was born in Laiyang, Shandong, China. He received the B.E. degree in Electronic Information Engineering from Shandong University, Jinan, China, in 2004, and the M.E. and Ph.D. degrees in Information and Communication Engineering from Inha University, Incheon, Korea, in 2006 and 2010.

Since September 2010, he has been a Research Staff Member with Samsung Advanced Institute of Technology (SAIT), Yongin, Korea, contributing to the transceiver design and algorithm development of next generation wireless systems based on multiple-input multiple-output orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (MIMO-OFDM) technology. His research interests also include radio resource management and cross-layer design of the wireless networks. He is a member of IEEE and IEICE.
