I am researching concert life in Berlin from 1870-1910, in particular string quartet concerts, especially those of the Joachim Quartet.

For my first research project using Zotero in 2008 I researched the history of the term "absolute music" in 19th century German books on music history, aesthetics; encyclopedias, and mostly music journals. These are primarily on Google Books.
