Paul Leitner-Wise developed his first firearm in the 1980’s and has over 20 years of product design and manufacturing experience. In January 2012, he was asked to join Leitner-Wise Mfg, LLC. With a blank slate and an open management structure he found that he was quickly able to launch new and innovative product lines as well as develop a new carbine operating system.
