MA student at GMU, with a concentration in European History. My specific interest is modern Irish history, ranging from 1800 to present-day. I'm especially fascinated by Michael Collins, his urban guerrilla warfare tactics, Charles Stewart Parnell, Sinn Fein, and the rebirth of the Provisional Irish Republican Army (PIRA) in 1969.

Goal: to get accepted into Boston College's PhD program so I can have unlimited access to their Belfast Project, a collection of oral histories by former PIRA members.
