Ø OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT: Supervise 5-10 staff/contractors at community-based, non-profit serving Asian/Pacific Islander refugees and immigrants; develop budgets, financial reports, and infrastructure for healthcare workforce development and other programming; oversee planning and curriculum development to train 2,000 limited English-speaking healthcare workers annually; conduct program reporting and analysis.
