I completed my Master’s (By Research) and his PhD, both in Instrumentation, from the Department of Electrical Engineering, at IIT Madras.  I obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, from the NSS College of Engineering, Palakkad. I served as a Senior Research Fellow in a DST – sponsored project to assess dermal perfusion by means of thermography, at IIT Madras.

 

After joining Amrita in 2010, where I am presently an Assistant Professor, I have been actively involved with the postgraduate programme in Biomedical Engineering, of which I am the Co-ordinator.  My interests are in the areas of Instrumentation, Analog Circuits, Biomedical Instrumentation and Virtual Instrumentation.
