Government Company-- If the NGO finishes 3 years, then it becomes qualified for larger quantity of financing and can approach the government ministries for grants. There is a separate ministry for Non government organization grant focused on a particular goal and plan. Even if the NGO is not three years of ages, it can apply for small budgetary grant for short-term jobs like environmental awareness, camps organizing for wellness improvement in rural areas.

 

Foreign Financing Firm-- Foreign Financing is appropriate when the NGO gets registered under FCRA. In case if the Non Government Company is even one year old and any foreign donor is ready to donate any amount to that Foundation, then that NGO can apply for FCRA prior authorization.

 

All business organizations who are having an annual turnover in Crores, they are expected to donate 2 % of their earnings to social welfare organizations i.e. NGOs. The CSR prefer those NGOs who are signed up under area 12A and 80G of Earnings Tax Act 1961.
