Dr. Marco Tavanti is Professor at University of San Francisco School of Management. He is also Program Director of the Master of Nonprofit Administration (MNA) and of the Certification in Sustainable Development Leadership. In his three decades career in global poverty reduction and international sustainable development has consulted for various United Nations agencies and international organizations. He actively contributed to the development of the UNGC, PRME, and SDG. He is President and co-founder of the World Engagement Institute (WEI) and the Sustainable Capacity International Institute (SCII). He is author Sustainable Human Security (Common Ground, 2014) and numerous publications in the area of leadership, sustainable development, and indigenous rights.
