I have been on this product for two months and So far so good I have lost weight . About a pound a day , With going to the gym 4- 5 times a week for an hour .i was excited to start the weight loss process. I Have not started back to exercising yet, but taking this pill has helped out my energy level and so far I have lost between 6-7 pounds in about 3wks. so, if I were you, I would give it a try.
