I'm a jack-of-all-trades.

After escaping uni for a few years, I started studying again - this time, working on a PhD through RMIT and the Smart Services CRC (http://www.smartservicescrc.com.au). I'm looking at how businesses use the internet to aquire, market and sell their products. I'm particularly interested in the ways small business can use social networking services (like this one!) to access niche markets.
