·         Assisting my supervisor in research for his two upcoming books on: the United States and the Egyptian Revolution and the Egypt-U.S. Relationship. Research topics including: the United States and the Muslim Brotherhood, the American ambassador in Cairo and his role during the revolution, the military dimension of the Egyptian-American relationship.   

·         Gathering data and discussing the ideas of my supervisor’s articles on topics including: the Muslim brotherhood, the Egyptian elections, the Salafists, etc.  

·         Providing administrative assistance by coordinating languages classes, assisting applicants in registration for the classes, updating the program’s database.
