I am a Family Therapist specializing in Systemic work with families, groups, couples, and individuals. I draw from the modalities I feel are most fitting on a case-by-case basis. Some of the theoretical approaches I draw from include Systemtic, Structural, Strategic, Narrative, Solution-Focused, and Attachment-Based Therapies. Prior to pursuing my Masters Degree, I worked as a Primatologist conducting behavioral and psychological studies used to develop an Enviromental Enrichment plan for the UW Primate Center and Yerkes Primate Center. My previous work with non-human primates has helped me to develop a better understanding of both animal and human behavior, in additon to the similar connections they share.
