Goals following the initial import

I think we should divide the references into "low", "medium", and "high" relevance, and make sure all of the items with "high" relevance have annotations. This makes for two kinds of work: (1) sorting, and (2) annotating. Both fun. I'm creating the folders now, and will start sorting now... Note that the multi-folder view works well in combination with the "Display all tags in this library" toggle switch in the plugin. Also note that "drag and drop" causes things to be copied, not moved (different but OK). We can delete items from the Initial Import directory later if that seems appropriate.

OK, things are initially sorted into 1-High, 2-Medium, and 3-Low.  Out of the current highly-rated items, about a third have annotations.  Items can always be upgraded from "Medium" to "High" importance if necessary.

Regarding the Medium stuff: some of it is there because it's relevant, but it could be too big of a project to really review it properly to talk about its relationships to Paragogy.  Some of it should simply be put into the Low category after a short "cooling down" period...
