Semiconductor Manufacturing Services
ASTI’s Semiconductor Service/Material division is one of the world’s leading providers for semiconductor chip handling and inspection services as well as programming service. The division also offers semiconductor test, consumables, equipment and services, serving as an alternative to allow customers to optimise their resources on their core propositions.
Semiconductor Packaging Solutions
ASTI’s Semiconductor Packaging Solutions, marketed under the “EoPlex” brand, offers the design and development of backend semiconductor packaging solutions that are best suited for mobility and 3C convergence markets.
Equipment Contract Manufacturing Services (ECMS)
The Equipment Contract Manufacturing Services (ECMS) division provides turnkey manufacturing, assembly and machining services, and it currently serves the semiconductor, medical, scientific and precision tooling industries.
The core expertise of the ECMS division lies in Precision Machining & Assembly and Precision Mould & Tooling Fabrication.
