To All. Peggy and I have been working on Local History Files at the Central Library. These consist of card catalog drawers full of index cards with hand written references to newspaper articles. For example, there is a "Labor" drawer that lists many articles about strikes, CIO organizing etc. It includes the publication and date. Seems at this point we need only input the "drawer" and the general subject. If that is the case, where and how do we classify it. Now if you want each article input that's fine too. But that would probably take quite a few days of library time. Let me know. Thanks. t
