Melissa Fitzpatrick has worked in a variety of healthcare leadership and nursing roles since she became an RN (Registered Nurse) in 1977. She is an internationally-recognized speaker, author and consultant on leadership and clinical issues in the healthcare industry. When she isn’t focusing on her career, she spends her time with her husband Tom and their two sons, Brian and Jordan.
