Currently I am completing my Master's in Educational Counselor/Counseling Pram. My research is in the area of African American females access, persistence and retention in post secondary education and the support systems, both, academic and spiritual that contribute to their success. In the fall of 2013, I will start my first semester in the Urban Education Doctorate program here at IUPUI.
