I was working on Parallel Processing, High Performance Computing (HPC) and GRID Computing during last 6 years. Now I am working as free lancer consulting companies about Linux/UNIX OS Projects.
One of my challenges as a HPC and GRID computing engineer has always been HPC file system problems and I/O latency in processing a large number of files and/or processing massive files. Besides, latency in scheduling and location based resource allocation problems in GRID for submitted jobs is also a serious problem that I like to investigate my time in finding a suitable solution for.
As an eager engineer who always wants to find the optimum approach to solve problems, I also like to work on new Parallel algorithms and multi-dimensional mesh based parallel processing architectures. Energy saving with optimized algorithms for scheduler and parallel code optimization in HPC clusters is also another area of study that I like to work on.
