Matthew Best is a full-time librarian at Erie Community College's North Campus in Williamsville, NY. He attended Le Moyne College in Syracuse, NY where he earned a Bachelors degree in English. Matthew later attended The University at Buffalo in Buffalo, NY where he earned a Masters degree in library science.

Along with his work at at Erie Community College, he is a certified New York State public librarian with experience as a public librarian for Buffalo & Erie County Public Library. Matthew has also worked for William S. Hein & Co. in the production of their web-based research collection, HeinOnline.
