Marty Mittelman spent two years as a high school substitute teacher with the Dallas Independent School District.  He began his educational career as a GED facilitator and developing alternative with the Public Schools in New York,United State. Marty Mittelman received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Akron State University and a Master of Business Management degree from Clark-Atlanta University.
