Mark Cruver was a human resources manager at Frank Cawood & Associates, Inc. between 2005 and 2012. He worked with employees and he maintained personnel records. He developed his administrative skills and learned about corporate environments. He used those skills to help him start his own company called, Capstone Educational Consultants, LLC. He enjoyed his time working in human resources.
