Marina
Marina Buzzoni is a graduate of the University of Pavia, where she studied at "Collegio Ghislieri" (http://www.ghislieri.it/). She got her PhD at the University of Florence, and she trained abroad in the Netherlands (University of Leiden) and the UK (Oxford University). Presently, she is Associate Professor of Germanic Philology (and Historical Linguistics) at Ca' Foscari University of Venice.
Her major scientific interests include Germanic philology and linguistics – in particular, historical semantics and pragmatics –, translation theory and practice, textual criticism and computational philology.
She is the author of four monographs, as well as various scientific essays and book-chapters.
